Run and not grow weary

I felt lumpy and old on my run this morning. I have not been sleeping well, and with taking a spill, and wrist hurting, and hamstring tightness…
I had my ipod with me this morning and a Third Day song came on with one of my favorite Bible verses…
“but they who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.” Isaiah 40:31
I was very encouraged…
finished my run and feel energized for my day. I have my sweet Granddaughter Cora today.
Isn't she the sweetest thing!
Tuesday I rested
Wednesday run 2.69 miles, 29:32
